Data Collection: We collect personal information to manage bookings for both photography and wellness sessions. For wellness clients, we may collect health-related information to ensure safe practice.

Security: All data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing. You have the right to access and correct your data at any time.
2. Terms of Trade
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms relevant to the service you are receiving:
Photography & Keepsakes (Time2Shine Studio Limited):
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Keepsakes: Due to the custom, hand-crafted nature of 3D lifecasting, all sales are final once production begins.
Copyright: Time2Shine Studio Limited retains the copyright to all images produced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Wellness & EFT (Time2Shine Wellness Studio Limited):
Cancellations: We require 48 hours' notice for rescheduling wellness appointments.
Scope of Practice: EFT, Yoga, and Breathwork sessions are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
Koha Sessions: Student practitioner sessions are part of an accreditation process and are provided under the supervision requirements of the training body.
3. General Disclaimer
Time2Shine Wellness Studio Limited and its practitioners are not medical professionals. Participants in any physical or emotional wellness session do so at their own risk and are responsible for informing instructors of any health concerns prior to the session.
