I’m currently finalising the transformation of our beautiful two-story space into a place where you can truly evolve and move your body throughout the phases of life. This is more than just a studio; it is a space for our community to grow, thrive, and connect.

Located just 700 metres from New Brighton beach, 650meters from he Avon River, a free carpark across the road, I’m super proud to be welcoming you to your new yoga and wellness studio, your home away from home. With classes running from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, I’m sure you’ll find yourself a class that suits you.
Our Core Classes:
Yin Yoga: Perfect for all, offering moments of calm and deep relaxation.
Family Yoga: A relaxed, joyful way to explore movement and connect with your children.
Vinyasa Yoga: Link breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus for all levels.
